Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Fee

• The consultation fee is ₹500, valid for 15 days from the date of the appointment.
• During this period, patients may reach out for follow-up queries related to the initial consultation without any additional charge.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.
• If you cancel within this window, you will be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or in the event of a no-show.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done through our online booking system or by contacting us via email or phone.
• The time of cancellation is based on the timestamp of your message or booking update.

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds are not applicable once the consultation has been completed.
• Refunds are also not applicable for follow-up queries during the valid 15-day period post-consultation.
